Beer Cottage has a 5ft double bed in one bedroom and 2 x 3ft singles in the twin room with top quality soft furnishings accompanying the rustic pine furniture and sofas from which you just do not want to get up. In addition to the gas central heating the cottage has a gas fuelled log burner stove for the extra cosy feeling and a superbly equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven and grill, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/ drier. The cottage also has Freeview TV, a dvd player and a DAB radio/ cd player. There is high speed wifi access to broadband throughout the cottage and a substantial part of the grounds.

Additional equipment includes a high chair, 2 stair gates, iron and ironing board (should you feel the urge!).

Outside the cottage there is an elevated private patio area with garden furniture with a stunning view overlooking one of the lakes in the grounds - perfect for al fresco dining.

The cottage is fully equipped with sheets and towels for your use in the cottage, but you should bring your own towels for beach use.
